Montenegro is the smallest and newest of the Balkan republics having ceded from its much larger neighbour of Serbia in June 2006. Good infrastructure, an excellent selection of tourism options (beaches, lakes and mountains). Very stable country. Great place for either investment or visiting as a tourist. |
